Apartment Maintenance Technician needed immediately for awesome property in the middle of beautiful Westminster, Colorado. Knowledgeable, friendly team members. We need someone who is great at customer service and maintenance needs for apartments. For example, light electrical, light plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, paint, drywall touch ups, light bulb changes, cabinet/drawer repairs, etc. Full-time position! Great pay and benefits. Hourly range is $20-$24 per hour based on experience. Certifications are great, but not required as our company provides training and assists with certifications.
