NEED A JUMP IN DOWNTOWN SACRAMENTO!!

On the corner of 12th & C st. Parked on the curb in front of IPB AUTOSPORT. Ran out of gas the other day. Pushed it to where it is now. Bought some gas and put some in. Just to find out that it won't start, I need a jump. Been trying to flag people down to help and only 1 person decided to actually help. But this person could not figure out how to pop his hood. Told me it was "jammed". 🙄 **BIG EYE ROLL** As he drives away his trunk is wide open, flapping up and down. 🙄 **EVEN BIGGER EYE ROLL** But I did appreciate his effort and the fact that he actually stopped and tried to help; hasn't made me completely lose my faith in humanity. PLEASE SOMEONE!! I NEED SOME HELP. I HAVE CABLES BUT THEY'RE NOT THE BEST. IM IN A LIGHT GREEN FORD FOCUS, PARKED RIGHT HERE ON THE CORNER. If anyone could come give me a jump, I'd forever be in your debt please. Its just myself and my friend and my little dog. Please. We are so hungy and so thirsty. If you were to bring a nice cold Dr. Pepper & water for my pup and maybe a snack or two, you'd legit be my hero!!! Please. SOS!! We'll be here, waiting.
