Associates will be cross trained to work in multiple areas of the building, including receiving, inventory, picking, and shipping. We all work together as one team to get the job done. Primary Duties and Responsibilities may include: Works in multiple areas of the warehouse and is flexible with a changing work environment. Picks units from a paper pick list to deliver to the shipping area. Unloads trucks and sorts out items by product type and style. Identifies product based on SKU and assigns proper shipping label. Sorts packages based on shipping type and loads truck. Performs cycle counts on picking and backstock locations to ensure accurate inventory counts. Organizes warehouse and work area. Maintains a safe and clean work environment. Requirements: Positive attitude and a passion for details and organization. Self-motivated, requires little supervision. Time management skills. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve quickly. Able to work at a rapid pace and follow directions well. Ability to stand for up to 12 hours a day and lift up to 50-75 lbs. Forklift experience a plus, but not required. Punctual and maintains an acceptable attendance pattern. Must be able to read and understand English. *Overtime may be required as needed.
