Need hardwood floor sanded and stained First of all, here is the situation. I just had someone do a poor job my hardwood floor. SO, it needs to be redone. This is a floor of a townhouse. The floor is empty. Here is the condition. I need the floor sanded (again) and stained. If you are interested, please let me know your availability to look at the job. I will be at the house on Wednesday morning and Thursday morning. Here is what I ask. If your company is busy, and can't do it this week. (maybe Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday) then please skip this ad. I don't want to be worked in and don't want this to be a rush job. If you are busy with clients then good for you. And, I need a company that knows everything about this job. This is not a training job. I have done this, myself, many times and don't need another mess up. I already had this done once. If you have some time later in the week, please send me a note. Thanks
