BERKELEY, CA—Berkeley city employees must be fully vaccinated by November 15 unless they have a medical or religious exemption, according to a report. City Manager Dee Williams-Ridley sent an email to city workers Monday night detailing the new policy, according to Berkeleyside. This includes city interns and volunteers, as well as new hires.
