Press release from the University of Alaska Anchorage: September 21, 2021 The time has come to release the Homecoming 2021 schedule of events! Please mark your calendars so that you do not miss out. For more information, visit the Homecoming 2021 website. Weeklong events UAA Food Drive: All week long we will have drop-offs in the lower level of the students union and the first floor of the library for food donations that will help serve the UAA community and the Food Bank of Alaska. Student Organizations are welcome to compete to see who donates the most, the winning organization will be awarded $100! Homecoming Scarecrow competition: The most creative scarecrow will win it all! Sign up by Sept. 24 for a scarecrow kit and pick up your kit on Sept. 27. Join the campus on Oct. 4 for the launch of Homecoming at the Sprit Walk at Goose Lake to view all of the scarecrows.
