Kickoff was officially announced for 2:30 p.m., with the game set for broadcast on CBS.
The game will mark Lane Kiffin's first return to Bryant-Denny Stadium as the head coach for the Rebels, bringing with him a high-powered offense that has outscored opponents 158-62 in its first three games.
The division rivalry will also include a matchup of early season Heisman Trophy favorites, as Ole Miss quarterback Matt Corral and Alabama signal-caller Bryce Young currently sit at the top of many short lists for college football's highest honor.
Before the Tide (3-0, 1-0 SEC) is set for its second SEC game and first true test at home during the 2021 campaign, Alabama will first have to handle Southern Miss (1-2) on Saturday, Sept. 25 at 6:30 p.m.
No. 13 Ole Miss (3-0) is currently in a bye week.
