We are seeking Servers to be the face of the Black Diamond Grill and be responsible for our guests’ experiences. Server responsibilities include ensuring tables are clean and properly set when guests arrive, promptly greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, and offering suggestions to guests to enhance the dining experience. You need to be action oriented, polite, and friendly. While you earn your own tips, Black Diamond Grill is a team environment and helping others is a core value. Your goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract guests. Responsibilities Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and setup Attend to guests upon entrance to Black Diamond Grill or upon seating Answer guest questions about menus and help guests select food/beverages Take and serve orders Frequently return to tables to check guests’ satisfaction, clear plates and glasses and refill beverages.
