Now that said, do you honestly think that no candidate's minions pays foreign people for "dirt" on the other guy? Both parties have done so for decades...shhh! You can rest assured HRC, Obama, Trump, and even sleepy Joe paid thru someone for dirt to so-called "rig" an election. Interestingly enough the one time Obama did mention investigating elections was for aspects of discrimination and vote machine tallies.
