ATLANTA, Ga. – SJC Ventures, a premier Atlanta-based mixed-use, grocery-anchored retail and multifamily development firm, recently added The Lovesac Company (Nasdaq: LOVE) to its diverse lineup at The Interlock. The home furnishing brand best known for its “Sactionals – The World’s Most Adaptable Couch™” is set to occupy a 1,215-square-foot space and will offer shoppers the opportunity to experience cloud-like Sacs, “The World’s Most Comfortable Seat™”, and demo Sactionals, the innovative customizable, washable, changeable, reconfigurable and FedEx-shippable solution for large, upholstered seating. “We have been looking for the right location in Midtown Atlanta and feel like we have hit a home run with The Interlock,” said Shawn Nelson, CEO and founder of Lovesac. “We look forward to continuing to help people reduce their ecological footprint by building products that are built to last a lifetime, designed to evolve with the customer, provide long-term utility and ultimately, reduce the amount of furniture discarded into landfills.” Lovesac’s location at The Interlock marks the company’s fourth location in Georgia. Product offerings in the showroom will consist of modular couches called Sactionals, premium foam bean bag chairs called Sacs and associated home decor accessories, among other items. “This will be another great addition to our diverse retail lineup at The Interlock and will offer shoppers a nice alternative location for this well-known and reputable brand,” said Justin Latone, senior vice president of leasing for SJC Ventures. The Lovesac showroom is set to open in the first quarter. Shoppers will have the ability to schedule an appointment online for the showroom, and walk-in appointments with an associate may be scheduled in-person based on availability. Curbside appointments will also be offered to allow individuals to view products and see swatch samples from the comfort of their own vehicle. Located at 1115 Howell Mill Road Northwest in Atlanta, The Interlock is a $450 million mixed-use center with unparalleled entertainment, living and dining options, office space and outdoor connections, amenities and parks.
