Our 8 piece band is looking for a laid back, easy going, dedicated, reliable, and proficient singer whose love of music outweighs his or her desire to make money. One of the folks who sings lead (yes, there is more one lead singer in the band) will soon be leaving, so we're looking for someone who would be able to start in the not-too-distant future. A guy with a good vocal range who can sing harmonies, “sell” a singer-songwriter song, and rock on a Bob Seger song would be ideal. A girl with a good vocal range who can sing harmonies, “sell” a singer-songwriter song, and rock on a Linda Ronstadt or Heart song would also work beautifully. Please note that we do NOT need another instrumentalist in the band (great if you can play, but this would likely be a singing gig only). Right now, we practice on Mondays from 12-4:30PM or so - usually at a recording studio in the Rochester area. All band members have an abundance of experience in music. The majority of songs on our set list is from the sixties, seventies, and early eighties (Beatles, CCR, Fogerty, Eagles, Neil Young, Buffalo Springfield, Bob Seger, Beach Boys, Delbert McClinton, etc).
