Mowing Crew Foreman Iowa Outdoor Products is looking for a reliable and motivated person with a strong attention to detail to lead a 2-3 man mowing crew. This person will execute the regular mowing of finely manicured commercial and residential lawns. Job duties include, but are not limited to: *Lead a small team in mowing, trimming, and cleaning up residential and commercial lawns. *The foreman is responsible for all aspects of running a clean and efficient jobsite such as: communicating with the maintenance manager, customer, and crews. You will make tool and material checklists, complete daily work tickets and end-of-job paperwork, train crew members, and maintain assigned trucks, tools, and equipment. Qualifications *Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record *Possess a strong attention to detail *The ability to lift 75 lbs and walk for extended periods of time *Good communication skills.
