Fire Protection Company looking for a Parts Coordinator,Shop Person and assistant to CEO. Prefer someone with a strong knowledge of shipping,receiving; keeping inventory but willing to train the right person. Position available immediately. Duties include: Keeping shops stocked with needed parts, shipping and receiving parts/materials, verifying shipments for accuracy, preparing and ordering needed parts/materials for technicians in field, delivering to jobsite's(Company vehicle provided for deliveries), process OTC orders, delivery of mail to other office's, keeping paper records of order's,shipments and deliveries. Management of our fleet vehicles including tracking of maintenance and repair services needed and scheduling appointments for these. Assisting CEO on jobs in the field. Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs This position will require constant communication w/office and technicians so good communication skills are a must. Must have basic knowledge of pipe,fittings and hardware material. Must have Valid Drivers License Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Fluent in English Basic math skills required Basic computer knowledge Attention to detail Appreciation for accurate record keeping Benefits if full-time include Health,Dental,Vacation(eligible to take after 1 year),Sick, Bereavement.
