There is a little fluffy black cat with a white spot on the chest hanging out in the wooded area by Greenhaven Park in Burnsville, MN. Super friendly and VOCAL. This kitty had a lot to say. It allowed me to pet and pick up but didn’t like my dog and I couldn’t carry it home before making the post. Is this your kitty?
