Hourly Work Offered – Personal Assistance/Moving: between now and September 30 helping person who has injured knee/spine: 1) tasks of daily living, including driving, errands, household tasks, and computer applications; 2) packing, moving, and organizing belongings from home to storage unit; 3) organizing and selling belongings from storage unit, including cataloging book collection, preparing ads, web-based sales, and local consignment sales. Requirements • Positive attitude, hard-working, careful, and reliable. • Current driver's license and clean driving record. • Demonstrated ability to follow directions, be self-motivated, and work well with others. • Strength to lift moderate loads safely (boxes of books, household items...). • Openness to healthy lifestyle and being Earth Friendly. Other Desirable Qualifications • Experience with packing and moving. • Experience with computers, web applications, and office software. • Experience with writing, editing, and/or graphics design. Key Details • Period: between now and September 30, 2021 in Santa Fe, New Mexico; beyond negotiable. • Schedule: 20+ hours/week, typically in half-day blocks • Salary: $15 to $20 per hour as independent contractor Agreements • Arrive on time, rested, and ready to work. • No tobacco, alcohol, or recreational drugs while working. • COVID-19 Precautions: vaccinated or recently tested, aware, careful. • Use effective communication • Respect diversity and needs of others • Attend to own needs and self-care (sleep, nutrition, wellness...)
