Hiring laborers for a property management company in Snowmass Village to Old Snowmass area. This job starts on November 1, 2021. Year round, and thus must be willing to work outdoors. Work available asap, with pay depending on experience and your quality of work ($20 to 25/hour). The ideal workers must be trustworthy, have a positive attitude, be reliable, be a self-starter, communicative, on time, willing to learn new skills, and ready to get the job done with top notch quality and efficiency. Some job responsibilities include window washing, painting, landscaping, deadheading, cleaning, assist in vehicle maintenance, plowing and clearing snow and ice in the winter and random general labor.
