lost parakeets

Hi I’ve lost total of 4 parakeets 2 of them were recently 1 was today. Lost one some days ago he was all yellow 1 month old baby he just learned to fly and I didn’t know I was playing with him outside. Lost one today she flew away I don’t know how she is blue parakeet she was laying on eggs 3 of them hatched couple days ago she left newborn babies and 2 other parakeets flew away accidentally had the cage open they were blue please I really love my birds thanks
