Found Dog in Flower District Downtown LA

Found a dog running though the street on 9th and Maple in downtown Los Angeles near the flower mart. He was found today around 12pm. He is a black male Shitzu mix with long tail. He is neutered with a few missing front teeth. I would have to guess older than 5 years old. He has no collar and is not chipped says the vet. Please contact me if you know this dog. I will try my best to find his owner but eventually I will have to take him to the North Central Animal Shelter as I do not have the room to house this little guy for too long.
