Property Manager / Administrative Assistant / Tenant Service Qualifications Enthusiastic Organized & Focused Must have proficient computer skills (Excel/Word) Good customer service skills / Good People Skills Required Bilingual (English/Spanish) Must not be afraid to get hands dirty - Cleaning and light maintenance are requirements of this position. This position has some back-office duties, but it is definitively “public-facing” so applicants must be well-groomed and personable. Job Location Many of the responsibilities can be handled from the applicant’s home. However, daily site trips are required to maintain quality control and sometimes guests require field attention. Driving Valid CA Drivers license Reliable and Insured vehicle and clean driving record Site Cleanliness We have dedicated maintenance and housekeeping teams. Monitor cleanliness in rooms and common areas - There will be Light cleaning/maintenance in common areas required by the applicant. Experience Hospitality Industry experiences a plus, but not necessary Light maintenance Experience a plus Property management experience a plus Administration - Long Term Tenants Show vacant apartments Conduct residents move ins/outs Monitor Vendor & Contractors Enforce Rules and Regulations Maintain Communication with tenants, support staff and management Run errands for Office Administration - Short Term Guests Check guests arrivals, departures, Be available to answer guest questions, supply items if needed, Coordinate maintenance if needed Keep inventory of cleaning and guest toiletries supplies Monitor consumption and order replacement of guest and cleaning supplies while maintaining budgeted objectives Physically inspect units, public areas, and exterior contact areas for cleanliness. Supervise all outside vendors including company maintenance personnel Monitor Unit Cleanliness before/after guests move in Restock toiletries and other guest necessities & keep consumption record Answer Inquiries pertaining to guest services, shopping, dining, entertainment directions Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems Resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, courteously, and professionally Schedule WEEKENDS REQUIRED Hours 11 AM-7 PM $18/hr Must be able to work 5 days a week - Th,Fr,Sat,Sun,Mon (Tue +Wed off) Screening As a condition of employment we require: Drug test Basic Physical exam administered by a physician Background Check Approval from E-Verify to work in the USA Smoking is prohibited in all areas Applicants must respond with a resume along with references
