I am selling my pet pigeon, her name is Mushroom. She doesn’t get along well with my other bird that I tried to bond her to, so it would be easier for me to rehome her. *She is not a racing bird and not a breeder.* I would like to rehome her to someone who will treat her like a pet, she comes with her cage, it’s a large dog crate About: Mushroom is a saxon fairy swallow pigeon. She’s almost 2 years old, she’s trained to wear pigeon pants, and somewhat hand tame. She’s not DNA tested so her gender is not for sure, but the breeder I got her from said she was female. She’s used to living indoors in my room, but I think she would do well in an outdoor aviary too. Temperament: I can pick her up and walk around with her on my hand and she’ll just sit there and enjoy the ride. Although she is more of a “look don’t touch” bird, her temperament is a lot like a cat, she gives affection when she wants but only at certain times. She’s very talkative and has a lot of attitude, she LOVES treats. Although she fights with other birds so I think she’d be a good lone pigeon if you just want one bird. My dad wants me to rehome her and with how much stress she’s put under with fighting with my other bird, I think it’s for the best. If you think you would make a good fit with Mushroom, email/text me.
