Full-time Apartment Housekeeper Seeking a full-time permanent housekeeper to assist with daily operations and apartment turn-over. Immediate hire. • Responsible for performing variety of cleaning duties including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. Cleaning shall include floors, walls, fixtures, etc. • Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager which may include trash pick-up, clearing/cleaning hallways and laundry facilities. • Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager. • Order cleaning supplies as needed. Perform other tasks as assigned. • Supervise temporary help during turn season. Knowledge, Skills & Physical Requirements • Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. • Requires a high school diploma/GED. • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as accept direction on given assignment • Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. • Bending, stooping and climbing (ladders, stairs, etc.). • Extended periods of walking. • Exposure to weather conditions.
