Benefits: 10 days of vacation per year, 3-5 days of sick time 8 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day Family in Rollingwood (central Austin) is seeking an energetic, service-hearted, and detail-oriented Housekeeper. Family is employing a company to provide deep cleaning services 2x/week, so the duties of this role will be primarily daily maintenance (dishes, laundry, sweeping / vacuuming floors, bathrooms, making beds, clean-up after meals, etc.), organizing, and maintaining an inventory of household supplies. Housekeeper will also assist with meal prep (chopping, washing, pre-heating, boiling water, etc.), and cooking is a big plus! Family is seeking a candidate who will fit in well with the home and it’s current staff – extremely positive, flexible, neat and organized (everything is labeled and has an organizational system), easy going and gets along great with others, yet is meticulous (all non-toxic cleaning supplies, learns and follows folding preferences, experience caring for high end fabrics and clothing). The family is seeking a long-term fit, and the candidate will also love kids (they have three young children) and be comfortable with occasional supervision (rare and brief).
