Found Blue Heeler

We found a blue heeler cattle dog 4 weeks ago in ZIlker park, the vet found no microchip and he is still in tact. We posted on the facebook Austin Pets lost and found with no luck. He was also posted on Nextdoor. We can not keep fostering him because he does not get along with one of our pets. Hoping we can put this out one more time before offering him up for adoption! He appears to be 1 to 2 years old. Blue heeler, he had burnt paw pads when we found him. We waited in the area and returned to post signs.
