MHCP is Hiring a MAINTENANCE PERSON for Five Local Manufactured Housing Communities DESCRIPTION: This position is for a MAINTENANCE PERSON. This is a permanent full-time grounds-keeping and janitorial position. This job includes labor outdoors and uses handyman skills. This JOB takes place on the grounds, facilities and infrastructure at MHCP’s five manufactured housing communities. This MAINTENANCE work is to be performed as a member of MHCP’s regular maintenance team under the Supervision of the Maintenance and Operations Manager. These duties include grounds maintenance and landscaping, routine janitorial and cleanup of grounds and maintenance and cleaning of facilities and buildings. This position includes Responding to Supervisor and/or Manager requests. Tasks also include: Tenant Notification, Calling for Assistance, Trouble-shooting, Making Repairs, including Travel between Skyway, Redmond and Kent. REQUIREMENTS: NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! This is an entry-level job but Maintenance or Construction skills are preferred. Basic Computer skills are necessary. English Language is required; Spanish or Vietnamese Language skills are also desired. Dependable transportation is required. Candidates must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather and to perform physical labor, including digging. CoViD-19 vaccination required.
