Seeking participants for VIRTUAL research study- Earn up to $50

Are you an African American adult who experiences chronic pain? Do you also consume cannabis as a pain treatment? If so, you may be eligible for a research study conducted by Dr. Dilara Uskup and Dr. Steven Shoptaw in the UCLA Department of Family Medicine. This research study is completely virtual--participants will be required to complete a 15-20 min screening over the phone to determine eligibility, take a 35 min online survey, play a 10 min online game, and participate in a 60 min interview over Zoom. Participants will also be required to conduct a self administered urine drug screening, which will be mailed to their physical address in Los Angeles county. Participants will receive a $50 online Amazon gift after completion of all steps of the research study. Alternatively, participants may choose to opt out of the 60 min interview, and will receive a $25 online Amazon gift card with completion of all other steps (screening over phone, survey, drug screening, online game).
