Home remodel needs framing, drywall, and some light electrical. Looking for a well rounded individual with solid experience in framing. If you can do drywall that would be a bonus and if you can do light electrical work even better but not a requirement. This position will also require demo where needed as well as daily cleanup of the work area. This would be an 8 to 5 job, Since it's residential we cannot start at 7:00am like other construction jobs. The duration of this position will depend on how well rounded you are. If all you do is framing then this job will only last about one month. If you are well rounded and can do drywall, plumbing, light electrical work, install doors, windows, trim work and other things then this job could last 4 to 5 months. References required. Valid drivers license for the state of California required. Valid Social Security card required. Ability to read a tape measure required. Ability to add and subtract fractions required. Ability to read blueprints a plus.
