Painting Touchup Help Needed in Rosemount

I recently purchased a condo in the Rosemount area and the previous owners left a lot of nail holes on many of the walls. The previous owners tried to fill in some of the holes, but most of them are only partially filled in and do not look very good. I am looking for someone to help property fill in the nail holes with putty to make them look better and potentially use some paint that I have to touch up the putty areas to make things look better. I have the paint in the correct shade already. I have attached some pictures to show what the walls currently look like. The white patches that you see is just dried up putty that can easily be removed with a wash cloth. I am hoping to have this work completed sometime over the next 1-2 days.
