1st shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm $15/hrÂ
2nd shift 1p-9p $ 17-17.50 hr
3rd shift EITHER 6 or 8 PM(assigned by client) 6p-2a/ 8p- 4a $18-18.50 hr
POSITION 1. Curving and pinching croissants. Putting together boxes. Light cleaning of work stations and packaging area.
POSITION 2. Scale water, shortening, salt, gluten into industrial mixing bowl. Flour is done by computer. While dough is mixing, prepare next batch. Put on cut resistant gloves, take large scraper and cut dough into chunks.
Put chunks of dough on oiled sheet pans, put sheet pans on racks, put racks in cooler. Clean as needed. Room Temperature varies between 65F to 75 F. 50 lb lift required.
POSITION 3. Watch for quality and sort. Hand pack product into boxes. Finished box is 30 lbs. Assemble boxes for next day. Room Temperature is 55 F. Clean as needed.
