We are seeking a Maintenance Handyman to become a part of our team and help service affordable housing sites. PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION APPLICATIONS WITHOUT A RESUME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED Responsibilities: Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Maintain a clean and a safe work space Duties may include: power washing, house cleaning, junk removal, door repairs, painting, and general handyman tasks Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload Excellent work ethic Ability to monitor time spent on jobs, work well with others or independently. DRIVERS LICENSE NECESSARY. SS# REQUIRED. Fluent in English​​​​​ REQUIRED Schedule: Per Diem, possibly Full-time
