Part-time position at organic farm

Need to get away from your computer screen, cell phone, or your in-home office/cubicle space? Able to work weekends and/or part-time during the week? Want to work outside on a beautiful organic farm? If you answered 'Yes' to any of these questions, then this may be the position you are looking for! Part-time, seasonal farmhand position, $12-15 per hour based on prior work experience. The position is located at a certified CCOF organic farm in the heart of Apple Hill. The farmhand will work under the supervision of the owner and the family farm team including but not limited to the owner and other designated supervisors. Tasks/duties include but are not limited to: -tractor rides -picking produce -farm labor -guiding tours -helping farm visitors Candidates need to have the physical ability to lift about 25 pounds or potentially more. Need to have reliable transportation to get to and from farm site in Camino, CA (Apple Hill) each day of work. Potential for a short-term internship opportunity for students/those seeking internship work experience. On-the-job training will be available after starting the position from the owner and other designated team members.
