We are looking for those who are skilled in trades and can help remodel properties in Detroit MI for investors from the DMV area. Our last crew went up and are still working and have actually branched out on their own and got too busy. The customers pay you for your for labor and they buy the materials. If your work is slow here you can work 7 days a week there and still have more work waiting. If you are fair and do GOOD work you will have no problems. Please don't say you know how to do something you don't know how to do. The labor prices are cheaper there but the cost of living is lower and there is lots of work. We are in need of roofers, plumbers, carpenters, dry wall, brick masons etc. They have houses available there for $1000 3+bedrooms with front and back yards on the Detroit Land bank website.
