This is a cool job... We have a few properties in Fort Thomas, and we're looking for someone to run the maintenance. General knowledge of all maintenance related issues is necessary (electric, plumbing, drywall, etc), with a $3/hour bump in pay if you're HVAC certified. Family run local company - we treat our employees well and do our best to offer amazing customer service, so we want our maintenance and rehab to be done right the first time. Properties: 64 apartment units + a few commercial buildings, all in Ft Thomas Hours per week: full time, 40 hours Please reply with a resume and short story about yourself and your experience.
