Join the Maintenance and Grounds team at one of the top long term care facilities in the Madison area.  Enjoy stable, year round employment with starting pay $14.00 - $18.47 and up based on experience. Work 8 hour shifts, typically 7:30am-4:00pm, Tuesday-Friday and every other Saturday. Groundskeeper duties include but are not limited to: -- Performing grounds care duties including: -- Lawn mowing, edging, fertilizing, weed removal, and tree and hedge trimming; -- Removing snow from sidewalks, parking lots, and driveways; -- Operating mechanical equipment; -- Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed. Requirements -- High school diploma and 3-5 years of experience working in grounds is required. Valid WI driver's license and good driving record is required. Certification in horticulture and landscaping is preferred.  -- Our residents' health and safety is our #1 priority. We require all employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
