We’re putting a road on our property and need rocks removed. It’s hard work and not easy on the back. If you’re still kicking after the rock removal, the list goes on for other chores we need help with. (Not as hard: wood collected and split, holes filled, brush cleared etc) I pay $20 an hr for HARD WORKERS. If I see you picking your nose or playing on your phone, bye bye. If you need to leave for a random “something came up” bye bye. If you’re late, bye bye. And don’t even bother asking for pay prior to work. I’m a honest person, pay in cash when the shift is done.
