Spotted a blue and white parakeet hanging out on the west side of Stevenson hall at uic. Tried to catch but failed. Someone called bird rescue but they wouldn't come for q bird unless it's injured. May still be there. Seemed very attached to the location. If you lost this bird and see this ad, good luck
