We are a family owned and operated Flooring business in the Reno/Sparks, NV area. We are seeking an Installation Manager Position for this location. Job Duties: -Recruits installers for prospective jobs: Calls installers and confirms who is available to complete jobs & schedules meetings with installers assigned to review job details. -If no installers are available: Recruits new ones. -Confirms all materials for jobs are received and correct for all jobs. -Makes sure all materials that are on the invoice are also accounted for physically in the warehouse before installation date is scheduled. -Calls Customer and schedules installation date. -Calls installers and relays confirmed installation date, time, and pay for each job scheduled. -Prints out physical work ticket for installers, including any important information relayed from customer: Ex: Gate codes, pets, Lockbox codes etc.. to ensure a smooth installation for both the customer and the installers. -Relays any discrepancies from installers on-site to sales rep. -If there are any issues on the job site: the sales rep will relay issues to the installation manager. -Relays changes about job to installers. -Modifies work ticket to reflect current job being done. -Other details will be reviewed about the job once interviewed. Preferred experience: At least one year of managerial experience.
