After watching the DNC's propaganda wing in the MSNBC, one would assume that mounted Border Patrol Agents were horsewhipping illegals at the now non-existenting southern border. Of course the news spread through the propagandists like wildfires in California.
After watching said video, those "whips" were horse reigns being used by an experienced rider to protect both himself & horse, along with the illegal who was attempting to dismount the rider.
But nooooo.... the liberals will insist those poor illegals were horsewhipped by riders of the KKK. They'll play the race card, the xenophobic card, the orange man bad card, the defund ICE card, the "it's not meeeeeeeee" card while completely denying, deflecting via fake news & denouncing the humanitarian calamity brewing under a bridge as "not a crisis."
And "they" knew it was coming....
