Work Hours - 10pm to 2am Rate - $ 14.30 Summary: Responsible for performing general cleaning of assigned area within a specific building. Specific tasks are not guaranteed, therefore, must be able to perform duties as assigned and outlined below: Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Empty, clean all waste receptacles and remove waste paper from the premises to designated area • Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies and corridors • Hand dust and wipe clean all office furniture, files, fixtures, paneling, window sills and all other horizontal surfaces • Wipe and polish all glass furniture tops and metal hardware fixtures • Clean and disinfect restrooms, following BMS quality cleaning procedures • Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, to include doors, door frames, around light switches, private entrance glass and partitions • Sweep, with broom, stairways, and vacuum if carpeted • Mop or clean any spillage in office and public areas as required • Dust all wall hangings, ceiling air conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, lighting fixtures and other fixtures as assigned • Clean entrance door glass inside and outside • Sweep or dust mop floors and outside entrance areas • Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations
