Privately owned, high volume auto repair shop seeks a highly motivated General Service Automotive Technician. The primary responsibility will be working directly with vehicles to provide the very best experience for our large customer base. Primary operations include general servicing, oil change, tire replacement, batteries, light bulbs and other light services. Other duties will include interacting with clients as needed, maintaining shop cleanliness and maintaining an organized work environment. REQUIRED: All candidates should have prior automotive knowledge and education or experience. Pleasant people skills are a must. Outgoing personality with a neat, professional appearance. Proficiency with computers is a must and candidates must have the ability to use basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). A firm grasp of the English language is required. Dependability is a must. All candidates must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record. We offer a fun environment that has a high volume of business to ensure a quick paced work flow. We have a small business but also offer benefits such as health insurance, 401k and paid time off to full time employees. There will be a 90 day probationary period to ensure that any new hire is a good fit for our team. Pay for entry level technicians with no prior experience starts at $12.00 per hour, technicians who have prior experience will start at a higher wage. Please respond to this ad via email.
