Finder witnessed this dog being dumped from a moving vehicle in the parking lot of Milan Apartments at 1720 Wells Branch Parkway approximately 9/7/21, date is unconfirmed. Possible +/- 1 or 2 days. Pup is Female Wearing a red collar, no tags. If you recognize this dog please send email.
