Experienced Make Ready Leads We are now hiring experienced Make Ready Leads for our properties located throughout DFW, TX. Rapidly growing company with opportunity to advance with a CAN-DO attitude. Duties include but are not limited to painting, sheetrock repair, texture, plumbing & electrical fixtures, fence repairs, flooring, doors, windows, light plumbing & electrical repairs, rehabs and restoration. Responsible for preparing make ready units for releasing and/or sale. Lead must be able to understand the scope of the job, do a walkthrough and ensure its completion in a timely manner. Must complete all services and repairs correctly and on schedule. Reliable truck or van required. Minimum basic hand tools and power tools required. Must be willing to travel to different job sites. Weekend shifts required. Flexible schedule for week days off.
