Description
Requires trim team members to be able to trim the leaves off the bud in a timely matter while making sure they are not trimming into the actual bud. We do have trainees that can show new members how to trim the bud properly while being productive. There is a certain weight that each member needs to reach. Bonus are also given. Please respond back with a resume. Back round checks are also required through the state.
