Helper for Apartment Rehab

Howdy - I'm looking for a guy or gal to help me with some basic apartment rehab work. $15/hour cash. Downtown Fox Lake, WI Need help with some or all of the following: 1. Prepping walls & trim for painting - scraping, patching, sanding, taping, ect 2. Prepping HW floors for sanding - removing some carpet tacks and staples, repairing holes 3. Painting 4. Help to load old materials in the truck and take to dump 5. Pulling old Tub/Shower and installing new 6. Laying carpet tiles 7. Probably other similar tasks associated with turning over an apartment. I'm not in need of that much skill or expertise and common sense goes a long way - it would be good if you've had to do some painting. Even better if you've been on a job site before. I'm looking for a helper for 10 (at least) to 20 (possibly) hours. Early afternoons, evenings, and late/overnight are all possible work times. Your choice really - I don't do mornings. Good work might bring more work in the future if you are interested. Could probably start today, tonight, or tomorrow. I'm an easy-going guy to work with and have reasonable expectations. Just be a good person. Might be willing to hire two people instead of one and divide the work up - not sure - case by case on that. $15/hour - paid immediately after each shift.
