Rental property Management Company seeking skilled candidates to maintain and upkeep commercial buildings. Must have some experience in repairs and general property maintenance including but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plaster/drywall and other related areas of property maintenance. People skills/customer service skills are always a plus and will be needed. Hours are generally 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (we are flexible on start and finish hours).
