Sears Home Services is seeking full time lead carpet cleaning technicians and Assistants for our Allison Park location. We are a locally owned and operated small business and are in need of dedicated professionals interested in helping our company grow. We are seeking technicians to provide top quality service and sales to our loyal customers. As a Lead carpet cleaning technician you will be responsible leading a team of technicians while communicating company goals, Safety practices and company vehicle and equipment maintenance policies. As an assistant technician you will you will assist the crew chief in all aspects of providing exemplary service to our customers. Must have a positive attitude and adapt easily to customers and companies needs. If you are seeking a challenging position with unlimited potential for growth this is the job for you! Requirements: • Requires medium to light labor • Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs • Drivers license/ Clean Driving Record • Background Check Pay Rate: Between $30K /$70K per year • New hire bonus paid after 60 days • Paid training • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Paid Holidays after 6 months of service • Paid Vacation after 1 Year of Service
