The company provides landscape services with specialized crews in residential, commercial and HOA maintenance, in addition to construction & installation, tree, weed control, and irrigation services. We are hiring for the following positions: Landscaping Maintenance Crew Member: We are seeking individuals with landscape maintenance and tree care experience. Crews typically work M-F 8.5 to 9.0 clock hours after accounting for lunch and required breaks. Pre-authorized overtime is paid at time and a half. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour Landscaping Maintenance Crew Driver We are seeking individuals with landscape maintenance crew driving experience. Requirements below: o Active Driver’s License, confirmed by insurance company. o Responsible to keep truck free of damage. Damage Case Review Process determines personal liability outcome. o Responsible to fuel truck, remove trash, personal property, and non-work-related equipment removed daily. Crews typically work M-F 8.5 to 9.0 clock hours after accounting for lunch and required breaks. Pre-authorized overtime is paid at time and a half. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Landscaping Maintenance Crew Leader We are seeking individuals with landscape maintenance crew leader experience. Requirements below: o Has a minimum of 3 years of landscape experience or verified equivalent skill sets. o Responsible to use Service AutoPilot app while servicing the clients each day. Must upload a minimum of 6 photos per stop and notes outlining what services were performed. o Responsible for timecard management. § Clocking crew members in at approved times. § Clocking crew members out at end of day. § Managing break & lunch time conditionals as outlined by company. o Responsible for training crew members to be efficient and work together. o Responsible for quality service performance by the crew, following notes of clients and jobs, and retaining accounts. Account Retention is a key indicator of success for crew leaders to be reviewed during 90-day and annual reviews. o Must be proficient or become proficient at irrigation clock management for all properties under supervision within 6 months of becoming a crew leader. Training will be provided if needed. Crews typically work M-F 8.5 to 9.0 clock hours after accounting for lunch and required breaks. Overtime is paid at time and a half as applicable o Job Type: Full-time o Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
