MTD is hiring 2nd shift Assemblers. These positions are located in Willard, OH, and pay $17.60/hour +.50 (attendance bonus). SIGN-ON BONUS: $2000.00 PAY: $17.60/hour +.50/hr (attendance bonus) DAYS/HOURS: Monday-Friday; 3:30pm-12:30am (some OT possible) JOB DESCRIPTION: Utilize a variety of hand tools, testing equipment, hardware fixtures, and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) work instructions in collaboration with other assemblers to complete a series of operations to assemble MTD components or products JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete production activities according to ISO instructions within allotted time Visually inspect both in-process and finished products Follow all MTD safety and policy procedures and report any safety or quality issues Setup and maintain a clean and organized work area Other related production duties as assigned by Supervisor or Group Leader JOB REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED required Able to use hand tools and other equipment as needed in a fast-paced work environment Read and comprehend instructions to complete assembly Walk, stand, and periodically lift up to 40lbs during shift Work overtime as needed Assembly/light industrial experience a plus, but not required (will train) HOW TO APPLY: If you meet the above requirements and would like to be considered for employment, please call Josh at (614) 816-2203 for more details.
