Snow Removal Equipment Operators Job Description Operate snow heavy equipment, including but not limited to loaders, skid steers, sidewalk machines, and more). This is a part-time, temporary, seasonal position which will generally run from November through April. This is an on-call position and hours will vary depending upon snow conditions. Penn Outdoor Services is a regional snow & ice management company for commercial properties and HOA” s. We specifically focus on snow and ice management and offer a wide range of snow removal services that include snow plowing, ice control, sidewalk clearing and deicing, and much more. We pride ourselves on a high level of customer service. Responsibilities • Safely and effectively operate heavy equipment used for snow removal, such as loaders, skid steers, etc. to clear snow from assigned properties. • Clear snow and place snow piles • Plow snow according to the specifications of the customer contract. • Communicate with site supervisor regarding any issues. Qualifications • 1 or more years of experience running heavy equipment, such as loaders, is required. • Snow industry experience is strongly preferred. • Hold current driver’s license. • Ability to work independently in inclement weather conditions. • Flexibility in schedule vital, particularly during peak times. • Must be readily adaptable to fast-paced, changing/evolving environment.
