Hello all! We are looking for one friendly and good-hearted person to fill a room in our Bed-Stuy apartment. The room is roughly 10' x 12' ($900)with a nice little closet, additional loft storage, a ceiling fan. We have a well-equipped kitchen, a quaint bathroom, and a gargantuan living room with the biggest f****** coffee table you've ever seen. Much of the furniture in the home will be left behind, but are also happy to have items moved out if you have your own furniture for the common areas. Outback is a lovely patio/garden/yard (pictured) that's a delight to enjoy a beverage in, a cookout, or just a nice escape from city life with a series of lights that rival most outdoor restaurants and bars. It also has a wonderfully full food garden that is producing a cornucopia of food at the moment. There is also a shed for storage and an outdoor garden workstation storage unit. The room has a window A/C unit included. (Some of) the room's furnishings can also be yours for a low, low price as we are moving out of state and want to keep it minimal. We're three blocks from the G train (Bedford-Nostrand), five from the J (Kosciuszko), and the B-38 ad B-43 bus stops right at our doorstep. There are two great grocery stores within a block as well as two laundry services within comfortable walking distance. There are also some great restaurants, wine shops, and local shops surrounding the area making it an excellent place to find anything you may need. There is a beautiful park one block up that hosts many community events, and has a great dog run if you are a pet owner. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Most importantly, the apartment features 3 lovely and warm, and gainfully employed roommates in their 30s.
