Hilton Garden Inn Myrtle Beach next to Coastal Grand Mall is currently accepting applications for the following position: The preventive maintenance worker works under the direction of the Chief Maintenance Engineer. His or her responsibilities include daily checklist duties, less frequently performed duties, guest service & satisfaction, and individual effectiveness. Performs general guest room and commercial area maintenance requests and repairs on HVAC, plumbing and electrical equipment. Completes P.M. checklists and other maintenance reports. Performs general carpentry, tiling, painting and wall surfaces repairs. Serves in security capacity as needed. Must be available to work all shifts as needed. Experienced and CPO certified a plus.
